Nipss Participant Visit to Nvri
Senior Executive Course (Sec) 43/2021 Nipss, Kuru Visits Nvri. Vom On 25th February, 2021.
The Acting Director General, Brigadier General CFJ.Udaya (rtd) led a delegation of about 110 persons (90 participants and 20 staff) from the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru to pay a courtesy visit to National Veterinary Research Institute (NVRI)Vom on Thursday, 25th February, 2021.
The NIPSS delegates were received by the Director/Chief Executive, Dr. (Mrs) Maryam Muhammad, members of the Institute Management Committee and the Provosts of the two colleges in the auditorium.
The D/CE welcomed the distinguished Nigerians (the nominees) to the institute. She also highlighted the institute's core mandate, vision statements, achievements/constraints and future plans with emphasis on research projects and vaccine productions.
The D/CE hopes to launch three (3) vaccines in 2021 and bring research of international standards. The delegates took a guided tour to the Bacterial Vaccine and Viral Vaccine Production Laboratory after a group photograph.
